General Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These terms apply to all taxi services and online bookings of KI-Taxi UG.

§2 Online Booking

An online taxi booking constitutes a binding transport request. A transport contract is established once a vehicle is dispatched.

§3 Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to:

• provide correct information
• be ready for pick-up at the agreed time
• remain reachable

§4 No-Show / Misuse

If a ride is not taken, caused by false information, ordered maliciously or as a prank, KI-Taxi UG reserves the right to charge travel and waiting costs as damages pursuant to § 280 BGB.

§5 Travel & Waiting Time

If the customer cannot be found or reached, a travel fee and reasonable waiting time may be charged.

§6 Account Suspension

In case of repeated misuse, the customer may be permanently excluded from online bookings.

§7 Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions. No liability for force majeure or traffic disruptions.

§8 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Flensburg, where legally permissible.
